Differentiators

A quick and accurate study.
Jason has developed a broad, strategic problem solving framework that helps him quickly uncover core issues. His team can accurately and consistently diagnose where, how, and to what extent human capital and cultural issues are impacting top- and bottom-line results.
A truly strategic HR perspective.
Jason’s goal is to help clients achieve and surpass their strategic goals. He does this by developing strategies for deploying and leveraging human capital for maximum impact, much the same way a CFO pursues these goals by developing strategies for deploying and leveraging financial capital.
An optimistic realist.
Jason has built his firm on the premise that “living in the real world” will help a team shape tomorrow faster and more effectively. He walks the walk when it comes to pairing gritty reality with audacious goals.
A dash of artistry.
Jason’s passion for his work is clear from the outset of his engagements. Like others who are passionate about their work, he couples hard-won technical abilities with a creative, intuitive, almost artistic approach. The results are engaging, fun, and highly effective.
